Minimum Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R11 and R12 Procure to Pay modules. Specifically AP, GL, iExpense, iProcurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management. • Procurement and Spend Analytics experience with in-depth Knowledge of the Procure to Pay process. • Expertize in writing SQL code for strong data analysis through queries, data profiling, and data validation exercises. • Proven experience delivering reports, trending analysis and dashboards via business intelligence solutions using industry leading tools and practices. • Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) version 10g and higher, specifically Answers and Dashboards. • Ability to extract, aggregate, normalize and mine data sets for analysis. • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access including data manipulation, database design and basic statistical & arithmetic functions. • Experience using the Oracle Spend Classification tool. • Experience using OBI Apps Procurement & Spend Analytics version 7.9.6.2 or higher. Skills: • In-depth knowledge of the Procure to Pay / Source to Settle process • An in-depth understanding of the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition platform and previous implementation experience • In-depth knowledge of Oracle BI suite of modules (including Spend Classification tool) • Familiar with dimensional data modeling, reporting, data visualization, and analytic best practices. • Ability to extract data from systems using SQL statements • Configuration and testing experience in Oracles BI applications • Experience in the administration and maintenance of infrastructure, software, systems, etc. • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures including purchasing of goods and services and Accounts Payable (AP) Description: • Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst to act as the primary contact for Oracle BI functionality questions and issues • Develops, implements and maintains report dashboards • Develops and maintains tracking tools for Internal and external customer enhancement requests • Engages appropriate expert resources when complex support issues arise • Works with the GPS Operations team and IT to successfully close service tickets and support testing activities • Works with GPS Operations to help implement, maintain, and improve overall system functionality • Effectively communicates functionality issues and enhancements related information to GPS management team • Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices • Communicates effectively with internal and external customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions • Continually seeks opportunities to increase internal and external customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships • Train others on developing, implementing and maintaining report dashboards • Train and support users on new updates/enhancements as needed For Further information regarding the job or to apply please contact (*Zaid Mohammed*) at *412-450-1316 Ext: 115* or z...@shstinc.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
