Client is seeking a SAP MSS Workflow Developer. Candidate will Design,
develop, implement and maintain high-quality software programs for software
enhancements and new products. Writes original software code and works with
cross-
functional application development team to create systems and applications.
*Must Have*
5+ years of ABAP hands on ABAP development experience in SAP 4.x and higher
versions and exposure to SAP ECC programming standards
5+ years of SAP Workflow development Experience with Interactive Adobe forms
Experience with SAP HCM is a must
Manage the Workflow Engine Customizing, Activation and Related Batch Jobs
(standard and customized).
Manage, design and develop the customization of Workflow scenario Template
and Task Configuration.
Manage, design and develop the Workflow scenario (BOR) Business Object
Repository Custom Development.
Manage, design and develop the Workflow related ABAP Custom Development.
This includes all custom reports WF reports and utilities.
Responsible for Workflow Customizing, Development, ABAP Reporting/Utilities
and CTS processes
Manage the Workflow Scenario Unit Test and User Acceptance Testing. This
includes the review of Workflow Test Scripts.
Manage the WF technical support for all SAP Environments (DEV, QAS & PRD).
This includes customizing and error resolution.
Review all Workflow scenario related to User Guides.
Assist Change Management and Instructional Management with operational and
technical documentation
Prior experience of having worked on a global implementation is a definite
plus
Minimum of 2 full SAP Implementation project life cycle experience
Experience in working with SAP Composite Application framework to enable
cross application workflows

-Minimum 5 yrs SAP HR configuration experience (version 4.6 or above; at
least 2 full life-cycle engagements), including 2 years configuring /
implementing SAP E-Recruiting. Preference with experience on ECC 6.0,
Enhancement Package 4 and 5.
-Secondary module experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational

Oriented programming, Data Dictionary, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, IDOC, ALV
programming, Classical and Interactive Reporting, BDC, SAP Scripts, Smart
Forms, Enhancement, User Exits, Dialog Programming, Interface/ABAP Proxy
programming, LSMW, BSP, ABAP Web Dynpro, Performance Tuning, Function Module
development, and Spool programming.
-Demonstrated extensive SAP functional experience in Finance (FI/CO), Sales
and Distribution (SD), Enterprise Asset and Work Management (PM), Human
Capital Management (HCM), and/or Supply Chain (SCM), Supplier Relationship
Management (SRM), Supplier Self Service Portal (SUS), and Customer
Relationship Management (CRM).
-Demonstrated experience with large Enterprise ERP implementations in the
areas of technical design specification, development, performing
configuration and coding/report development to match business needs.
-Demonstrated experience consulting with clients, including independently
identifying client needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables,
and presenting results.
-Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients,
peers, vendors, various departments and management to develop solutions and
