DP functional/configuration knowledge with good idea of SNP *Project Description:* SAP Fab Starts Project within SP SAP Program. Replace Fab scheduling tool with an advanced SCM scheduling product that supports/enables Fab strategic objectives Strategies: Leverage SAP's SCM PPDS product (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) to provide additional capabilities for execution horizon scheduling optimization and system integration (automated rules based scheduling, Horizontal integration: ECC, BI; vertical integration: other SCM tools) Deploy SCM to support tactical/execution planning for fabs, primarily PPDS in concert with ECC and BI/BizObj, and with some support in DP. Receive weekly production demand from an external system and from spreadsheet uploads for both production and test/engineering demand, provide schedule to shop-floor control system on a weekly basis but with possible daily re-plans. System must satisfy complex business-specific master data requirements and will make copious use of order-based classification. Daily Responsibilities: Work with SCM functional area lead and design lead to analyze requirements, formulate and prototype designs, gain buyoff from customers for designs, build detailed design specifications and configuration guides, construct test scenarios, environments and scripts, build designs in test environments and drive and participate in testing/quality assurance. Support construction of a detailed technical implementation guide and provide mentoring and other consultative guidance where necessary. Necessary Skills (Must Have): PPDS, especially DS - and in total: PPDS in its full level of integration flower with ECC and BI.
