· Familiarity with SAS would be a plus point.
· Prior Experience of working in a large support and maintenance

side and interpersonal skills.
· Familiarity with Clinical and Pharma domain would be a plus point.
· Lead the technical implementation of all requested application
changes.
· Work very closely with the offshore team to assign the tasks to
them and follow up with clients for all the information requested by
offshore.
· Address critical issues at onsite.
