Title: Agile Coach posted on 2014-11-17 21:17:30 Job Description:Title: Agile Coach Location: Richmond, VA Length: 6 Months+ The Agile SMEs would have hands on Agile experience in IT data warehousing Instead of providing theory, the Agile SMEs would: Provide tactical how to suggestions to address pain points that the teams have identified Assess teams using the Agile Maturity model Observe teams and provide suggestions for continuous improvement Travel and provide support to our teams in Chicago, McLean, Plano, and Wilmington Cross train our Scrum Master leads to take over the function after 3-4 months The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. Provides process and technical direction to project managers and others, which may involve acting as a scrum coach. Consults on and utilizes latest rapid development or other non-sequential project methodologies. Serves as subject matter expert on Agile development methods and processes. Typically possesses most skills of the traditional project manager.
