Title: Content Designer/ Developer posted on 2014-06-05 02:41:14 Job Description: Job Description Job: Content Designer/ Developer Location: Jersey City, NJ Duration: 6-12 month contract *Role Description* - Responsible for all ongoing configuration, tailoring, troubleshooting and deployment of VMware’s IT Business Management (ITBM) product to support specific ITBM solution requirements. - Responsible for analysis and break down customer business and/or functional ITBM requirements into a set of technical specifications, as well as implementation per a release schedule. - Installing, configuring, and integrating ITBM with different data sources and connected applications. - Technical support for the monthly chargeback cycle in ITBM, including loading of source data into the tool and running the cost model. - Manage documentation and change history of ITBM configuration.
