Title: ESSbase Developer posted on 2014-09-24 19:46:31 Job Requirements: *Job Title : ESSbase Developer* *Location : Nashville, TN* *Duration : 6 Months* *Job Description:* - At least 3-5 years of experience with relevant Multidimensional Cubes, MDM, and ETL technology using Oracle ESSbase and Oracle DRM - Experience with SSIS. - Has experience on working in Unix/Linux and Windows OS - Thorough understanding of networking w/ respect to database connectivity and troubleshooting of connectivity errors - Certification in OLAP/BI and ESSbase is a strong plus - Has worked on most of the databases like Teradata, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server and Essbase etc - Strong interpersonal skills, including a desire to work within a highly-matrixed, team-oriented environment. - Independent operators are not sought and will not be successful in this position. - Candidates must demonstrate a history of increasing responsibility. - Demonstrated performance monitoring and tuning ability, including an aptitude to lead the diagnosis and resolution of performance problems within a large-scale, complex infrastructure. - Expertise is one or more of the following: Multidimensional Cubes partitioning, Multidimensional Cube compression, Multidimensional Cubes creation, data encryption, replication, and/or disaster recovery. - Expertise in configuration and administration of Multidimensional Cubes, MDM, and ETL security. - Expertise in guiding all facets of Multidimensional Cubes, MDM, and ETL administration through the complete application development project life cycle (requirements definition, design, implementation, and operational support). - Familiarity with lean/agile development or operations is considered a plus, as this will be an increasing focus both within this job and throughout the wider organization.
