*Title :              MS Dynamics Developer*
*Location :      San Ramon, CA*
*Duration :      Multi-year.*

*Exp Level : 5 plus Yrs on Dynamics CRM*

Experience in product development for Customer Relationship Management
(CRM), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), Know
Your Customer (KYC), Customer and Product Onboarding applications.

• Deep technical knowledge in systems, application frameworks, database
optimization, and experience being solely responsible for the success of
software development projects.
• Ability to think on your feet, present multiple solution options, and
drive defect free products.
• Proven record interpreting and fulfilling requirements by developing high
performing, scalable and maintainable solutions with multiple technologies
and vendors.
• Security experience with single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and
adaptive authentication.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies and best practices including
Rational Unified Process, Agile methodologies, deployment automation, code
reviews, and test driven development.
• Skills in .Net, Webservices, Data modeling and Business entity definition
and mapping, Oracle .
• Integration experience with XML, XSLT, SOAP, and RESTful services.

support enterprise needs while thoroughly considering multiple systems
impact.
4. Lead projects from idea to implementation.
5. Proactively lead vendors and engineers to deliver high quality products
with minimal defects.
6. Learn and adapt new technologies that best deliver web solutions.
7. Integrate complex web, middleware, and back end systems.
8. Partner with the enterprise program office to contribute best practices
and transform the organizations software development capabilities.
9. Ensure projects are realistic, interesting, and fun for everyone
involved.
