Our model calls for weekly management of project plans and forecasts (hours / resources). Budget management in terms of dollars and vendor costs are not important, experience with infrastructure is not required either. Key items are management of the project schedule, keeping the team focused on the commitments made, forecasting assigned resources by week to activities and ensuring the correct activities are worked each week to ensure adherence to plan, close management of issues, risks, and dependencies. Ideally looking for someone with 7+ years experience, PBM experience is a plus but not required. Experience with Clarity and MS Project is required. Naturally good communication skills are required as well, as is attention to detail.
