Title: Siebel admin posted on 2014-11-05 16:39:29 Job Description:SIEBEL server installation & configuration, Patch management Siebel version upgrade Setting up Siebel tools , Mobile/dedicated client SRF, Repository migration. DDL synch. Performance tuning Supporting Production environment which includes Maintaining high application availability, Planning and co-coordination of production release. Daily health checks which includes regularly checking status of servers & components. Checking status of JOBs/RCRs/ Tasks. Server resource monitoring(CPU/Memory/Disk space) supporting all planned & unplanned outages Set up and support Siebel remote. This includes registering user as mobile client, extracting local database, creation of packager , upgrade kits etc Set up email profiles. Configuring and managing communication management component group Configuring & managing Workflow Management component group. Create WF monitor agents as per requirement. Integrating other applications with Siebel. Setting up UCM(Data Hub)Setting up Oracle policy automation Automation of daily migration/monitoring activities by writing shell scripts or batch jobs Good understanding of SRBroker Component, EAI Component, Wfprocess Manager Component, HTIM AOM components, decoding crashes in EAI, SR broker, HTIM, WF processes with good troubleshooting skills Implement and manage Siebel specific database statistics collection, stored outlines, good understanding of siebel database BI Publisher - Integration with Siebel, OBIEE integration, Blade logic integration using Weblogic High level below area Siebel Admin should be good understanding: 1. Siebel Web Architecture 2. Siebel Physical Architecture 3. Security Model (LDAP, SSO) 4. Wokflow & Assignment Manager behavior 5. Siebel Data Visibility 6. Siebel Installation Hands on experience 7.
