Deep technical knowledge within specialty. 2. Is part of rotation for 24x7 on call 3. Modifies and maintains existing systems to address changes in business processes. 4. Performs research, analysis, design, creation and implementation of business systems to meet current and future user requirements. 5. Provides assistance and work direction to aid other associates in their day to day activities 6. Provides estimates of work effort for client projects 7. Functions as a technical resource for other team members 8. Assists QA team with questions and test cases 10. Develops System documentation and provide assistance with user documentation 11. Conducts Code Reviews for all other developers on the team 12.
