Our Client is looking for a UX. If you have ambition, talent and a desire
to work as part of an energetic and fun environment this is the right role
for you. You will be expected to create UI designs for various customer
facing services that excel in beauty and easiness of use.In this role, you
will be working proactively with other designers and software teams to
create elegant UI design solutions. You will conceive and document
interface designs, work with dynamic, cross-discipline teams to make sure
that your designs are implemented according to specifications. You must be
an effective advocate for the user and be able to successfully drive
implementation of feature-sets and interactions that provide an excellent
experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on

*Responsibilities:*

   - Create User Stories / Use Cases, Information Architecture Diagrams,
   Interaction Flow Diagrams, Wireframes, Style guides, UI Specifications and
   Prototypes
   - Design user interfaces using participatory and iterative design
   techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability
   testing, and other forms of requirements discovery
   - Conduct heuristic evaluations
   - Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and detailed design
   both verbally and visually
   - Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that
   includes other UI and game designers, user researchers, producers,
   business, brand strategists, and software developers
   - Work with Business Analysts, Game Designers, Architects and Software
   Engineers to conceive UI ideas that give life to the projects
   - Collaborate with digital graphic designers and technical artists to
   conceive the visual style of products and guide the preparation of final
   graphical assets
   - Work closely with software development teams to ensure that the
   implementation follows the UI design spec




Job Requirements:

   - BA/BS degree in graphic or industrial design, visual communications,
   or related field. Fine arts degree preferred.
   - Masters preferred
   - Experience doing UX design for complex digital games and passion for
   digital strategy games
   - Strong knowledge of design as it relates to user-interface and
   ergonomics
   - Strong understanding of UI and usability principals
   - Awareness of current trends in Web and user interface design
   - Ability to work well with a team in a dynamic, cross-discipline, and
   iterative setting
   - Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail
   - Good combination of technical and creative skills
   - Familiarity with the User-Centered Design Process
   - Ability to conceptualize, present, and execute ideas within a
   schedule, while actively participating in technical and artistic problem
   solving
   - Excellent problem solving skills and ability to think conceptually
   about complex design problems
   - Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (CS3 applications)
   - Online portfolio showcasing solid examples of design
   - Strong written and verbal communication skills
