Title: Websphere Admin posted on 2014-03-26 12:06:08 Job Description:*NEED TO WORK ON OUR W2 OR 1099* - Hold responsibility for application installation, tuning, JVM (Java Virtual Machine) configuration, Application Root Cause Analysis, and Heap Dump Analysis. - Provide leadership and direction and have expert level knowledge of WAS, configuration and performance management as well system design and implementation architecture to optimize system reliability and performance. - Hold responsibility for developing and designing scripts, procedures, WebPages and programs on the system related to an IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) environment. - Conduct root cause analysis to investigate complex system problems and implement appropriate resolutions. - Create and use tools and processes to perform health checks, generate audit data, and create system documentation. - Install upgrades and patches to WAS.
