Title: eCommerce Business Analyst posted on 2014-05-30 15:05:57 Job Description:*Ecommerce Business Analyst * Client seeks a creative and energetic individual to join our ecommerce team in delivering mission-critical applications that support ARC’s mission to “prevent and alleviate human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors.” We accomplish this primarily through a public-facing application, where we process transactions for donations, class registrations and product purchases. This role requires frequent and close contact with product marketing managers, IT managers, business analysts, contractors, consultants, and vendors to deliver enterprise-class software within time and budget constraints. The successful candidate will be expected to engage actively in the design and development of ground-breaking software that fits the overall strategy of providing high-quality re-usable solutions to the business. This role will work collaboratively to design, build, test, deploy and maintain quality, scalable solutions for the ATG platform that runs and related properties. As a member of our Ecommerce team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional requirements for enhancements to our b2c ecommerce flow for class enrollments, and for a new b2b ecommerce flow and account management functionality. Requirements must be written for the Oracle ATG Commerce platform that powers . This includes collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders, including executive stakeholders, product managers and subject matter experts, functional managers, analysts, engineers, contractors and others.
