*Position – QA Analyst/ Tester* *Location - Horsham PA*
*Duration – 12+ months* * (GC or USC)* *Interview – face to face* *Job Responsibilities: * *Strong communication. QA testing (manual and automated) and coordination. Agile experience is a must. Formal project management training is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:* * Test Coordination • Involvement in project work starting with high level requirements in order to estimate the QA effort, contribute to the project WBS, and develop Test Strategies and Test Plans. • Define types of data, prep, environment prep required for testing. • Test environment planning and management including progression of content and code. • Clearly understand and manage complex system dependences and identify situations when mock options are appropriate. • Clear scheduling of dependencies with techniques focusing on overall team "productivity". Focus here should be to eliminate "waste" in the lean manner. • Facilitate testing meetings as well as status meetings with key stakeholders. Identify, communicate and manage test related issues and risks with downstream dependencies. • Non prod environment data coordination requires knowledge of back end systems and relationships with backend system testing teams. • Actively participate in triaging and remediating defects. • Provide up-to-date test metrics and statuses for the project and release level testing. • Flexibility to step in on manual or automated testing when needed. • Assist in designing and executing Production Acceptance Test for each release.
