Require someone with both CSHARP, .NET and ASP.NET (Based on my conversation with Ven, I don't think that they have old ASP system) d.. Financial system background is required. The person should have experience working with financial system e.. Knowledge of Infragistic grid is a plus (Knowledge of infragistics controls in specific GRID Control is a plus) f.. The person should understand business rules g.. They are not looking for an architect. They need someone who can write store procedures and understand what they are doing.
