Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans. · Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. · Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. · Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. · May consult with software developers in resolution of problems. · Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. · Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. · Builds productive internal/external working relationships. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. · Bachelors Degree 0-5 yrs *SPECIFIC:* · Maintain and grow existing VMware lab from 150 to 300 or more server instances using · PowerGUI / PowerShell scripting. Overall ownership of lab operation. · Includes responsibility for creating test plans and executing tests of Avaya products using the high capacity lab.
