Requirement 1: Job Title: Ruby Developer * Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 6+ Months* *Rate : DOE * *Job Description:* - Looking for people with 3-5 yrs of ruby development experience outside of ruby on rails, - Resource will be developer with Strong Ruby development experience using the Rails framework. - They will be required to develop scripts in Ruby against various vendor applications and APIs. Requirement 2: *Lead SAS Programmer/Project Lead* * Location: Rahway, NJ or North Wales, PA* * Duration: 12+ months* *Rate: DOE* * IMMEDIATE/PHONE HIRE !!!!!!!!* * Skills:* - Must have handled 3-5 programmers team. - Minimum 5 years' Base SAS programming experience and basic statistical procedures required - Minimum 2 year experience implementation of CDISC industry standard, SDTM, ADAM - Participate on teams and provide programming support for large or complex programs. - Accountable for meeting project timelines, major project milestones and overall project quality for assigned protocols. - Develop and manage project plans for coordinating programming activities across multiple India-based programmers and other SPAs (as needed). - Monitor quality of deliverables from assigned India-based programming team; provide mentoring and SME support as required to finalize deliverables. - Escalate risk with resource estimates, timelines, and deliverables. - Participate in internal and client facing strategic technical, process improvement, and programming standards initiatives. - Lead programming activities required for analysis and reporting of clinical trials and regulatory submissions for small to mid-size programs. - Serves as lead programming representative or participant on client study teams for assigned protocols. - Work closely with the statistician and cross-functional teams to define requirements for statistical analysis and regulatory submissions.
