Experience in PMD Rules a huge Plus Familiarity with TFS item creation and state/process management including but not limited to: Requirements/User Stories Scrum, Agile experience Strong in verbal and written communication Experience with process analysis and process improvement and working with business teams to write specs. Experience with integration test with external interfaces SCM certified a plus, Previous experience as an SM and/or PM at Microsoft a plus, *In addition candidate will be responsible for:* Candidate will need to work across numerous organizations to gather requirements and draft PMD Rules necessary to fulfill those requirements. Candidate will also be expected to manage and participate in a monthly sustained engineering cadence by which requirements are drafted, solutioned, executed, tested and released to Production.
