The role will serve as the senior technical resource for Operations, and the 3rd level technical escalation point for resolution of service issues. Additional responsibilities include working with peers outside the Operations team to define and characterize complex technology or process problems and/or develop new solutions as part of a Proof of Concept. Candidate will *Serve as 3rd level technical escalation point for service issues. *Work with CMIPS II architect on infrastructure design and architecture; assist with Proof Of Concept testing. Responsible for reviewing all Ops Change Requests/Project Service Requests (Apps & Ops) for Architectural and Operational impact. As needed, assist with the development of Ops white papers, proposals, and other documentation. Be required to review all Ops Change Requests/Project Service Requests for technical accuracy.
