*Position: SENIOR PEOPLESOFT HRMS (HR AND BENEFITS) FUNCTIONAL* Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 12+ months Rate: Open Interview: Telephone MUST BE US CITIZEN, GC ONLY SKILLS: o Minimum of 10 years of PEOPLESOFT HRMS EXPERIENCE focusing on HR, Benefits (Base Benefits & Benefits Administration), Time & Labor, and Payroll. o Peoplesoft configuration expertise in 2 or more of the following areas: o BASE BENEFITS such as building and testing benefit plans, benefit rates and benefit programs o BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION such as building and testing eligibility and event rules, eBenefits display options, and flexible credits o HUMAN RESOURCES such as building locations, departments, job codes o PAYROLL such as building pay groups, earning codes and programs, deductions and deduction subsets o TIME AND LABOR such as building workgroups, dynamic groups, rules o Minimum of 3 years of experience CONFIGURING AND SUPPORTING TIME CAPTURE SOLUTIONS (eTime preferred) o Expertise resolving production issues utilizing CRM ticketing system, including eTime, HR, Benefits, Time & Labor and Payroll ticket items o Project management skills with proven leadership experience in all phases of the implementation lifecycle in HR systems projects o Vendor / provider interface analysis, design, deployment, and trouble-shooting experience o Query experience and building and supporting simple queries for reporting o Experience in business analysis and execution of all steps in the system development lifecycle in conjunction with implementation of PeopleSoft or other system functionality o Strong knowledge and use of HRMS concepts, practices, procedures and supporting operations o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
