Skill Set: Strong JavaScript, UI development. DOJO and JavaScript Libraries.

4. Jax
5. Hibernate
6. Dojo

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Application and User Interface Logic:
? JavaScript with Dojo 1.6+ (Ext.js 3+ or jQuery with Backbone/Knockout)
? HTML/CSS ? Single Page Web Applications
? Cross-browser compatibility
? REST (or general WebService APIs)
? JavaScript MVC/MVVM

Patterns Services and Business Logic:
? Java/JSP
? Hibernate
? Jersey/JAX-RS
? MS SQL

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Work with Peer Teams to design solutions
? Supply work estimates for tasks
? Work with Project Management and leadership to communicate status of tasks
? Communicate with Project Management and leadership when unable to meet
project deliverables or deadlines.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education or Equivalent: BS in computer or related field.

SKILLS:
? Good Communication Skills ? Ability to take technical details and
simplify for explanation with Project Management and Leadership.
? Self-Motivated
? Ability to Identify and Solve Problems to supply leadership with
technical answers and options.
? Prioritize Tasks Effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
? Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
? Windows 2003 and above is a must.
? Unix/Linux experience is a plus.
? SQL experience is a plus.
? DTS experience is a plus.
? Experience with an Identity Management Solution (FIM, Oracle, TIM, etc.)
is a plus
? SUN ONE LDAP experience is a plus
? Java is a must. 3+ years of experience is a must.
? Experience with Java, J2EE technologies including Servlets, Java Server
Pages (JSP),and EJBs.
? Good knowledge of application servers (preferably WebSphere).
? Experience with web development frameworks (Spring WebFlow, Struts etc).
? Experience with JUnit, Ant and code quality analysis tools like FindBugs,
PMD etc.
? Experience with Agile Methodologies, Test First Development and
Refactoring.
? Experience with web services development and Axis framework highly
desirable
? Base knowledge with networking and TCP/IP
