As a researcher, not a registrar, my opinion is that registration
photos are documentation photos. My own experience is mostly with
coins and medals which does affect my preferences. For documentation
photos, I always use a ring flash. This gives a somewhat "clinical"
appearance which is often less

allow a digital download with whatever licensing levels you'd like at whatever
price structure you choose. You can setup your account to only allow the
digital license downloads - keeping all the print and trinket option
