To add perhaps a bit more nuance to Keir's response (lol, by the way)- what do
people feel would be the ideal budget amount? How does that ideal compare with
what you're actually getting?
Keep in mind we can't say "Yes, all of the dollars!" as a budget.

You're probably already aware of it, but the Walters has an open tagging
system, which doesn't require login.
It appears as though there's either minimal moderator intervention, or none (if
