Our auditors are recommending that employees in key positions (*both IT and business process*) should be required to take five consecutive days of Paid Time Off (PTO) and prohibiting employees from coming onsite and accessing the network and application systems remotely during the PTO period. Are there any organizations that have this requirement? Or anybody whose auditors made this recommendation?
