HI Neil,

When I was at the Chester Beatty Library in Dublin, Ireland we introduced
multi-lingual social tagging on our Image Gallery at
http://www.cbl.ie/Image-Gallery.aspx.

The full collection's aren't online, but the images that are can be tagged.
Anyone who is interested or wants more information on how we did this is
free to contact me.
