I think you hit the nail on the head here. While it looks cheap
initially, you have to factor in the cost of a CD burner for your
computer if you don't have one. They are starting to come with
computers as part of the package, but it still isn't very common. So
$102(player) + $299(burner = a $
I hope the become more common. I just got my Sharp MD-MT15 last week,
and have been having a hard time getting a hold of blanks. I live in
downtown seattle and don't have a car right now. So far the only place
I can find them is Tower Records, which is a ways from where I live.
