I just went down to my stereo shop to pick up the latest sony catalogue and look at their decks and stuff, to my surprise (and disgust) I find that the deck that comes with the bundle -doesn't- have digital OUT, which makes it quite useless for duplicating MDs (analog recordings of meetings and concerts etc.) which I want to do. Bah bah bah bah... so instead of spending NZ$1400 on a combi pack, it looks like I'd have to spend like NZ$2500 which absolutely sucks...
