i've got still problems with Templates.
I found the needed Template:InfoBox_Software an other else.
I've copyed them all but if i try to include one Template i'll get a

This defaulted to $wgDBmwschema = "mediawiki"; in
LocalSettings.php and the wiki runs fine from the html server.

The postgres DB connect fails without using the postgres DB user for
dumpBackup.php. Its clear that this 2nd problem is not encountered
until a DB connection is made during backup.

Why do you want to do that?
Moving would be a way easier.
For copying you better dump everything, change all namespaces and reimport.

No, it needs to run as the same user as in LocalSettings.php. That's
almost certainly the cause of the latest error.
