For example, if you're looking at the File:XYZ.jpg article, the image
there will be scaled down to web dimensions. The actual image is
still as it was when uploaded.

Personally, I'd like to see this as a core feature of MediaWiki: given a parser
extension tag or function, list all articles that use it. I wish for this
feature all the time.
Regex search is hard to make accurate. It will catch "" when you don't want it to.
