Nope. I've got it set at -5.00 and for NTC, but everything still shows as

We finally got a new Linux based server (running on VMware) to migrate
our current v1.6 wiki for our company knowledge-base to. It's been a
quite long story (bankruptcy&acqusition-survival-sort-of-stuff) to get
to the current status, which nothing to do with my question.
Anyhow, the existing

with a new name, db, etc. I know I can export/import pages, but is
there a way of exporting all of the contents of one wiki into a new
instance easily?

This sounds like the "upload_max_filesize = 2M" directive in php.ini..
try increasing this, and restarting httpd?
