As Robert pointed out, I'm obviously going to pay the going rate for an expert.
Alas, I know the pain of having a full-time job. I have a programming
background, but do to time constraints, would rather concentrate on

I'm not sure I understand the tone of your message. The OP didn't ask
for someone to go work for him for free. He asked for an expert he was
willing to pay on a freelance/consultant basis. Perhaps I missed something.
