This is the error message I am getting:
phpFlickr can not be found at

Is there any way to create pages in mediawiki automatically, as database
changes pages will create automatically.

I am seeing this error on a Mediawiki 1.17; A call for;
"Template:Safesubst" is what the wiki is describing as this
instruction set. "{{#ifeq:{{{subst}}}|SUBST"
Anyone know what I need to do to get these to not appear as 'template'
calls, & of course to work.

Thank you very much for your help. I followed your direction and find
the "error_log" in /var/log/apache2 where it reveals the permission of
the "/w" directory is drwxr-xr-x.
After I changed it to "0777" (I don't know if that is the right
values, please confirm) and then the "main
