I have meet the same problem and I've googled many many times, and there is no
answer for this issue.
Finally, I found the reason: SELinux was enabled in my host. After disabled the
setting, it work for my case.
I think you can try this solution.

Don't use an explicit @media in Common.css and Print.css, those are
implicit.
You don't need the div portion of the selectors, just use .ys_print and
.ys_screen.
Get rid of the style="media:*", those are completely invalid and
meaningless.
