WorkingWiki [1] is not a lightweight tool, and needs you to be
assertively in control of your site's security, but can definitely do
this. You would just need to add a one- or two-line make rule to your
wiki page.

I don't think there is any script to do exactly what you are asking John.
I myself wrote a variety of PHP scripts to strip tables out of Wiki markup

Just to let folks know the Wiki is private, behind a few firewalls and no
other person has write access except for me. So this is completely private
and is not accessible on the INternet. I have the capability of storing the

The title pretty much says it all. I have a wiki that's used as a
manual; we both read it on line and print it.
I need to set the font type and size for display only, and not for
print; the rendering software has its own default settings for printing.

In an old vector based skin on a 1.16 version of MW, the skin author added
custom html and css directly into the skin.php code to add a custom header
above the personal tools links.
Where do I put that code in a vector subskin in MW 1.22? Do I add it
directly to myskin.php again, or to myskin.ski

Dear amir,
Thanks for the gadget.
Another quick question: since I subscribed, I get lot's of E-Mail I don't want
from MediWiki.
-Can I disable this ?
-Can I delete my subscription ? (I just subscribed due to this 1 question I had)
Thanks in advance.
Greetings, Yves
I have make some additional tests:

Hi,
i have the following Problem after Upgrading my Wiki to 1.21:

the link doesn’t work if I save the page.
In preview-mode everything works correct, only after saving the page the link

There's this gadget in the Hebrew Wikipedia, for example:

Dear amir,
Thanks for the link...Design/Interlanguage...
As I said, I would do it easily in a way that everyone can define its favorites.
You talk about a gadget: does it work for Wikipedia ? If yes, how ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Yves,
Thanks for raising this.
There is a long-term plan for having such a feature as a proper extension:
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Universal_Language_Selector/Design/Interlanguage_links
In the meantime it can be done (very) manually with a gadget that hides
links that don't match a part
Thanks for the link. It looks like ImageMagick is rather poor for viewing
certain SVG files, so I'm glad to know there are some alternatives I can use.
Again, thanks for the help.

Yes, you can use a template, and you can make that template translatable as
well.
You can also try to configure and use "workflow states". See the
documentation here:

Hi,
I think the problem is a CSS problem. In the mediawiki theme is a rule
"body ..." which simply supersedes the jquery theme rule. However,
this can be solved by editing my custom jquery theme CSS.
