The other wikis are also mine. The rel_jap/an.. Wiki is on a special server, separate from the others, which is faster. I did the wiki setup etc. by myself and can edit the LocalSettings.php. I can also edit and change .httaccess, but have no direct access to the server or MYSQL, not even by php

Were the antispam settings of this list changed recently? I've tried 5 times to send a message, without success. Messages are silently discarded so I have no idea what's going on (maybe they are still in the moderation queue), anyway the configuration
