My Wiki has some pages that have text that I'd like to be printable
to an index card. I've used CSS to create a box with the text
inside. Is there a way to just print this box + text without all the
other stuff on the page?

I used this site with great successvery easy. All you do is copy
all the cells you want and paste them into their form, then it
regurgitates the code for your wiki.
