Did you update the db? Just run update.php or navigate your webbrowser to
/mw-config/ (for example, if your wiki is at http://example.org/w/index.php,
then navigate to http://example.org/w/mw-config/) to do it.

variable for the config for a maximum article size but not a minimum.
Any suggestions?
