It's going to be a headache when there are too many variables to take
care of. For the skins that don't work, I suggest you simply disable
them since their formats are so different. After all, you don't have
to provide them simply because they exist.

I just make a section (the last section) for my different references, and
its last subsection is for categories. In Monobook skin, this looks good,
because the category links appear under the category sub-section title. But
in at least one skin (simple or classic), it doesn't work because the
