Dear Conference running team, Please, next time, before you upload a talk of mine, let me review it *before* you upload it. In my last talk in SF2011, there's a substantial time before I start giving the talk that could be removed, and as well, as discussed before the audio recording is poorer than poor.
So check list for the next conference: 1) Make sure audio is recorded properly 2) Let speakers review recording before and after editing, before uploading to website. 3) Make sure the presentation computer has network connection for various demos / resources needed off the web.
