I don't know what kind of ISP do you have, but here, in Spain, some of
them restrict VoIP deliberately. Also, not everyone access internet through
fast DSL or fiber, sometimes outside the main cities the speed is really
low. So... Why the need to fix something that is not broken? +1 to IRC.
