Well still not sure what you have as a platform? is it a oaktrail? where did you get it from? Regardless, if it is Moorstown based, you don't want to use liveusb. For a mrst kernel try -f mrstnand and for a oaktrail use -f livecd with mic. Any more help is going to require you giving more

You are using the wrong image. You are trying to boot a image with a netbook kernel (2.6.38.2-8.9-adaptation-pinetrail) on a Intel MID platfrom of some sort. It looks like you are booting a moorstown based platform, you should pick an kernel that is for your platform. From the looks of the kernel,
