How about MeeGo Tablet? This kind of usage combines the handset input without
real keyboard and needs the virtual intelligent input methods.
Since it's MTF and Qt based, do you have emerging plan to be with KDE Plasma?

We had problems in GPU's 3D rendering (X.org and DRI2 in hardware
acceleration), look forward to having ATI/AMD provides to Freescale to get it
work fine in iMX53.
AFAIK, the Plasma Mobile works fine on iMX53 (Cortex A8) EVK.
