I did the simulation by using Meep 1.1.1 with libctl 3.1 and Guile 1.6.8, and
h5topng 1.10.

I did the simulation in my computer using the code you attached. And, there
was no square error. I used meep 0.20.3 and h5topng 1.12. The result is
attached.

programs, such as Matlab, to read the result h5 files and find what hap
I tried to modify the bend waveguide example from the website.
The modifications, which I made were change the material from dielectric to
metal and chopping the metal waveguide with air waveguide to make it to be a
hollow metal waveguide.
