I have your problem in dispersive and constant dielectric functions and
actually i have found that it is "numerical dispersion" and it's common problem
in FDTD method. you can find it in many papers and books (you need just
Googling). Best way I have found to decrease the effect
dispersive model for your material that is relatively flat in the region of
interest. This is all I know to try; if there are any other solutions, I would
be interested in hearing them as well.
