I meant, something that allows _not_ to pass through the 'eps' file, i.e.
extracting to GDSII only the vertices of the blocks or something similar.

is anyone aware of a method to convert HDF5 dielectric layouts (the 'eps' file)
into GDSII, without pixelization?
I am asking because my design involves features not parallel to the axes.
