I looked at the Python bindings when you first posted about them, thank-you
for your effort. I have returned to them today since I have been trying to
figure out whether there is a command such as stop-when-fields-decayed for
the C++ interface.

We released a first mature version of the Python bindings for Meep last
week. This is the result of a joint effort during the past months.
The current version runs on top of Meep version 1.1.1. and allows the
scripting of Meep simulations with Python.
