The bugfix is important. the efficiency fix is nice if you use larger items (and even if you don't; it might be better than the original slab layouts). Sorry about the bug :( mc-crusher wasn't consitently triggering it, and I didn't run all of the test scenarios for long enough before the last release to catch it.
