The difference is only in the way the differential pressure between
upper and lower chambers in the fuel distributor is controlled. The
K-Lambda system you describe has what was called a frequency valve
(actually, a modified injector) that varied the control pressure by
duty cycle variatio
Depending on what's done, it may be worse -- unless it's a multipoint
system, milage and performance will drop, not increase.

Find and repair the vacuum leaks. Idle control valve hoses, injector
seals, injector holder seals, boot between air flow meter horn and
throttle body. Also the various vacuum lines.

Yes. K-Jet controls mixture all the time by air flow, there is no
transient enrichment on acceleration. It also maintains the exact

I would advise that you remove the front cover and inspect the state of
the chain and it's components before using the starter to turn it over.

No it does not, the thing we are discussing is how the ECU knows what
timing to use, the CPS does not tell the ECU to fire at say 4 degrees
BTDC. This is done on Oz MB's by a resistor, to put it another way the
resistor alters the program in the ECU. The CPS tells the ECU where the
engine is at

Well I got out to mess with it today. First thing I did for good
measure was change the fuel filter. Made no difference. While running
bad after warm, pulled the OVR to disable FI, no change. Swapped out
the EHA valve, no change. Didnt have any diagnostic tools so Im just
sitting there scr

How is signal delay in the system accounted for?
It's not, largely because it is insignificant.
Nanoseconds are completely out of the realm of what
the motor's running in that it's insignificant. Far
worse is probably hydraulic delays in the system
due to the locations of injectors, fuel pipe r
er to change it? Or do any one know of a special
tool to perform the loosing/tightening nut on the universal joint and spark
plug?

Going to try and get on this 300E that runs fine when cold, runs rough
and sometimes dies and hard to start when warm. Somebody posted about
testing the 02 sensor, but I cant find it. How do you test the 02
sensor? Anything else I should be looking for? When its warm and not
wanting to run,
