I vote for putting a bullet in her. Seller should be offering to pay someone
to take that heap to the crusher.

On closer look, it seems the car is setting on a trailer already. for a
long time.
So One price takes car AND trailer?
It's one of those cars that will end up either going to scrap or going to
someone who will give it the love it needs... In a few years, they will all
be gone, except for
The clip-on forks work fine except it's hard to see what you are doing with
the business-end of the forks (view blocked by bucket) and the forks are
stronger than your bucket lip. You will bend the lip of your bucket long
before the forks bend or you run out of hydraulics. For me they were fine
Another thought. If moving cars is primary, maybe (assuming you gave a
quick-attach loader) you should get a quick-attach plate and weld a couple
sections of rectangular tubing to it.

Well I will be moving a LOT of engines in the next few weeks, as well as tire
machine and lots of other stuff. So I will be using them quite a bit now but
later will only be occasional.

I will move cars around from time to time. I really think I sound just spend
the money and buy the quick attach forks instead of the bucket ones.

That’s a W111, and some of the parts on it are worth that much money,
especially engine parts.
Offer him $1000 and part it out. The engine, if intact and running, is
probably worth a couple grand easy.

Shipping is a major cost with this sort of thing. You can save $50-100 if

They sell them on Amazon free shipping. I really want to get the qa forks but I
may have to cheap out and same money with the clip on chain on ones.

Have you popped the cluster and taken a look around?
